Terms of Service
Effective October 16, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Localhost41, Inc. ("Mojo", "we", "us") for using Mojo. By using Mojo, you agree to them.
Who can use Mojo
You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Mojo. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
Using Mojo
Mojo gives answers based on what you ask and, where relevant, on content other people have chosen to share. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important, and don't rely on Mojo for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Your content
You own what you create and upload. You give us a license to store, process and display your content as needed to run and improve Mojo for you.
When you choose to share something, you also give other Mojo users, within the audience you chose, permission to view, use and remix it within Mojo. We'll keep your name on it. You can stop sharing at any time, but copies others have already saved or remixed may remain.
Only share content you have the right to share. Don't share other people's private information or work that isn't yours.
Pats and rewards
Pats are a way to say thanks. They have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. If we offer rewards for sharing, they'll come with their own rules, which we'll show you before you take part. We may change or end a rewards program at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Mojo to:
- Break the law or help anyone else break it.
- Harass, threaten or harm others.
- Share content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Cheat in ways that violate your school's or employer's rules.
- Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with Mojo.
- Misrepresent who you are or game pats, uses or rewards.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Our stuff
Mojo, the Mojo name, the cat and our designs belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using Mojo as intended. If you send us feedback, we can use it without owing you anything.
Third parties
Mojo may link to or work with third-party services. We're not responsible for them, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Ending things
You can stop using Mojo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal reasons. Some parts of these terms continue after your account ends, including the sections on your content, disclaimers and liability.
Disclaimers
Mojo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including any warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee Mojo will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Mojo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If you use Mojo in a way that breaks these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from any resulting claims against us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where the law of your home country gives you consumer protections that can't be waived, those still apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Mojo changes. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Mojo after that, you accept the updated terms.
